Login

To log in to myPath, a Switch EDU login is required. If you study or work at ETH Zurich, you already have this account. If you have difficulties, check the FAQ below.

You can login on myPath by clicking on the login icon on the top right of your window. You will be redirected to the SWITCH Edu login window. Select ETH Zurich as your organisation, then your ETH username and ETH password for web applications (LDAP) to log in. When you are logged in, your name is displayed on the right side on your window on myPath (instead of the text “Login”).
Logging in to myPath as an ETH student or employee offers various benefits. Learn more on our About and FAQ pages.

If you are not an ETH student, nor a visiting student from another university, you cannot login on myPath. However, you can still browse our educational offers on the myPath homepage. 
If you are not an ETH employee but are a member of a partner organisation who wants to promote suitable educational offers for ETH students on myPath, contact the myPath administrators (mypath@ethz.ch). 

As a visiting student at ETH, you will receive an ETH account linked to the SWITCH Edu login. Select ETH Zurich as your organisation, then your ETH username and password (password for web applications, LDAP). When you are logged in, your name is displayed on the right side on your window on myPath (instead of the text “Login”).
