Learning objectives depend on the needs of the coaches and concern the improvement of teaching. 

Content

Here is a selection of questions on which we regularly consult:

• I have redesigned my course and would like to have feedback on the changes.
• I would like to implement a didactic concept (e.g. flipped classroom, blended learning, etc.) and would like a discussion with a didactic expert.
• I have received feedback on my course and would like to discuss this with someone.
• I have an innovative idea for teaching and would like to talk about funding opportunities.
• We would like to implement a common teaching philosophy for our department as a team (department, group, institute, etc.).
• We teach as a team (lecturers, assistants, auxiliary assistants) and would like to reshape and improve our cooperation.
