Abstract
Selected students have the opportunity to apply for an open position at a hiring company that has organised an interview day at ETH CC (ETH Career Center). They then can do the interview almost on campus in the ETH offices.Learning Objectives
During an interview day, students can pratice their application and interview skills within a real recruitment environment. Thanks to the feedback they receive from the participating partner company, they can qualify for a next interview round and/or learn and develop these skills in order to perform better during their future job search.Content
Students apply for a real open position of the company via the Career Center.The company selects the candidtes for a first 'on campus' job interview. The interviews take place at the Career Center (or online) ith one or two of the company's hiring or recruitment managers. The feedback and decisions after this first interview round are given directly by the company representatives.Location
