Abstract

An online platform with video and text material (see link section below) should prepare you optimally for the weekly half-hour group coaching sessions where we practically train up the 4Ms (Memory, Motivation, Mindset, Masterreading). The training sessions are designed to be as close to and as easily applicable as possible to your studies. Once the basics in these 4Ms are established, they are combined so that efficient learning gets a habit rather than a constant grind.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn how to develop your growth mindset so that you can grow in face of challenges and see failure as an opportunity to learn.
  • Be able to apply neuroscience-based learning methods and mental tools to read and retain information faster while reading

Content

With neuroscience-based learning methods, your capacity and speed of memory acquisition go up and your rate of working long hours go down.

With modern, science-based mental tools motivation can be artificially created so that a boring activity gets exciting, nevertheless.

Learn how to develop your growth mindset so that you can grow in face of challenges and see failure as an opportunity to learn.

Faster reading and retention while reading are trained up.

Training up flow, “[…] the state when you feel and perform at your best” (Steven Kotler)

Combine the mentioned learning skills in a fun and interactive way.

Neuroscience facts throughout the course should not be learned but used as “nice-to-know” and filter tools for the vast recommendations about how to learn on the internet.
