Comment

Participants should be working on a specific project and/ or be supervising PhD/Master projects. No prior knowledge of project management is assumed. The workshop can be attended at any stage of the project’s duration, to the greatest advantage during the first half. It builds a foundation for the follow-up workshop for research project leaders with the title “Project Management Leadership Skills”. The workshop is divided into three course blocks:

  • First block: 1.5 hours online introductory session.
  • Second block: 25 hours of personal work: participants view videos and apply the methods to one of their project (own project or that they supervise/coordinate).
  • Third block: 1.5 days online taking place about 3 weeks after the first block. Very active session with group works.
