Abstract

Supervising a Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis student is one of the first real leadership roles many doctoral students take on, and most get no training for it. You’re suddenly balancing your professor’s expectations, your student’s expectations, and your own research, often all at once. 

This workshop is your first step in your own teaching and coaching journey.
