Abstract
What makes a good scientist? In this workshop you will gain knowledge on the structure and types of identity. Your new understanding will allow you to define your own scientific identity and mission. Through self-reflection exercises and peer discussions you will explore your professional identify and reflect on your role in academia. Participation will also give you an opportunity to share and connect with other people from your academic community.
