Abstract
This interactive workshop lead by Eva Gottschewski (VPPL ETH Zurich) will provide you with theoretical inputs and group discussions on conflict management. You will learn how to deal with conflicts in a constructive way and how to de-escalate them at an early stage and without external help.Learning Objectives
- Take personal responsibility for the resolution of conflicts
- Evaluate and accept different points of view
- Know and express your own needs using non-violent communication
- Get to know the needs of the other side (by asking questions and listening)
- Accept and deal with emotions.

- How conflicts develop
- Finding solutions
- Role of emotions
