Abstract

Are you leading a student initiative at ETH – like a Fachverein, commission, competition team, or other student-led group?  Do you want to grow as a leader, build stronger teams, and handle challenges of peer leadership more confidently? 

Then this 5-hour, in-person workshop is for you. You’ll explore practical tools and strategies to help you lead with clarity, confidence, and care. The focus is on real-world challenges student leaders face and how to handle them with skill and reflection.
