During the presentation, facilitators show how to build an efficient LinkedIn profile and how to use LinkedIn in a job search tool building upon real and fictive examples. This session is offered on an annual basis.

The audience learns about the below mentioned topics and are equipped to improve their LinkedIn profile and job search strategies.
- Why and how social media are relevant for their job sea.ch
- How to efficiently structure a LinkedIn profile, incl. Do’s and Don’t’s
- How to use LinkedIn as a job market, career exploration tool
- How to use LinkedIn to find jobs
- How to use LinkedIn to network
Content
During the presentation, students listen to ETH Career Center facilitators presenting information on the learning topics. They can ask questions either during the presentation or at the end during the Q&A. Ideally, the participants have their LinkedIn profile open on their computers and can make changes to the profile as the presentor speaks.Academic Semester
