During this presentation, students learn more about the Swiss job market and how to explore and navigate it. This session is offered on an annual basis. 

Learning Objectives

During this presentation, students learn about:

  • the particularities of the Swiss labor market
  • different industries and functions
  • types of career tracks
  • company characteristics and how company cultures can vary
  • additional resources to understanding the Swiss job market"

Content

During this presentation, students listen to ETH Career Center facilitators presenting information on the learning topics. They can ask questions either during the presentation or at the end during the Q&A. The interactive part consists of polls, questions to the audience as well as short exercises in the plenum.
