Abstract

This advanced, practice-based course (1 ECTS) prepares experienced student coaches to take on the role of coaching trainers. Participants lead existing workshops, offer 1:1 coaching to students, and design a training for an ETH internal client. The course includes intensive mentoring, peer feedback, and a final reflection report.

Lernziele

• Plan, facilitate, and reflect on coaching workshops by independently leading sessions based on existing teaching materials and applying facilitation best practices.

• Apply core coaching competencies in individual coaching sessions with students, demonstrating the ability to build trust, ask powerful questions, and support learning processes.

• Collaborate with an ETH internal client to design, implement, and evaluate a coaching workshop tailored to their specific context, learning objectives, and audience needs.
