Abstract
Scientific research is a creative process that leads to original discoveries. Very often, the pressure to perform, along with self-criticism and judgement holds us back from exploring our creativity fully. With the right mindset and strategies, we can overcome these obstacles to cultivate original research and innovative science.Once you have a good idea, the next challenge surfaces: explaining it to others.

In this workshop we use established methods from applied improvisation, that include experience-based learning through practical exercises, coaching, feedback and self-reflection. This process fosters originality and innovation that facilitate the generation of unexpected discoveries.Ort
