Abstract

Present your research confidently and persuasively. If you can present effectively, you will be able to engage diverse audiences and communicate complex ideas to them. This skill can significantly enhance your academic and professional career.

In our workshop you will learn about the various aspects of presentations in an academic context. In the process, you can exchange ideas with other students and practice what you have learned.

At the end of the course, you are able to

• structure and visualize complex content,
• make good use of Power Point in presentations,
• perform confidently in front of an audience.

Inhalt

Develop effective presentation skills for the academic context:

• Learn how to communicate complex content clearly and persuasively.
• Get tips and tricks for using Power Point effectively.
• Explore other visual presentation options and learn about their optimal use (e.g., posters, flip charts).
• Learn to present with confidence, engage the audience, and add meaningful interactions.
