Abstract

This interactive workshop will provide you with theoretical inputs and group discussions on conflict management. 

Learning Objectives

In this workshop held by Eva Gottschewski (ETH Personnel-​ and Organizational Development) you will learn how to deal with conflicts in a constructive way and how to de-escalate them at an early stage and without external help.

Content

The workshop will focus on:

  • Taking personal responsibility for the resolution of conflicts
  • Subjectivity / different points of view
  • Finding solutions
  • Not being afraid of emotions
  • Knowing and expressing your own needs
  • Getting to know the needs of the other side (by asking questions and listening).
